Tuberose essential oil obtained via solvent extraction is exceedingly rare, costly, and produced in minuscule quantities. The majority of what is commercially available is Tuberose Absolute, extracted via solvent from the intensely fragrant night-blooming flowers. It is one of the most precious and potent materials in perfumery. Its scent is legendary: deeply floral, narcotically sweet, creamy, and almost oily-rich, with complex nuances of honey, spice, camphor, and orange blossom. The aroma is profoundly sensual, long-lasting, and transformative.
